Add one scoop (one serving: 33 gms) to approximately 180-240 ml of cold water, milk or your favorite beverage. Stir directly in a glass with a spoon or use a handheld shaker and shake for about 10-15 seconds. Have 2-3 Servings a day depending on your goals and exercise. One at breakfast, another after exercise and also between meals where required.
