Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder
Add one rounded teaspoon (3g) with cold water or fruit juice and take two servings per day. One serving may be taken before 30 minutes of training and another serving after training. On rest days, take one serving with breakfast and one with evening meal. Simply add desired serving size with 250-300 ml of water or fruit juice and stir for approximately 10 seconds.
- Do not exceed daily intake (6 g)
- Do drink lot of water ( approximately 8 glasses ) per day while using this product.
